SRX1669652: RNAseq from olive xylem: Sample Olive Xylem OG3

Design: Total RNAs were extracted from 1 g of xylem tissues powdered in liquid nitrogen. Libraries of xylem-derived mRNAs were synthesized from three infected cvs Leccino and Ogliarola salentina plants and two healthy plants of the same cultivars. A total amount of 3µg mRNA per sample was used for preparation of libraries that were generated using the TruSeq RNA Sample Preparation Kit v2 (Illumina, USA) following manufacturer’s recommendations. Quality of the synthesized libraries was assessed by the Agilent Bioanalyzer 2100 system (Agilent Technologies, USA). Cluster generation and 50 bp single-end sequencing were performed on a cBot apparatus and HiScanSQTM platform (Illumina, USA).
