Description
Oxford Nanopore Technologies device MinION platform was used to detect and identify Xylella fastidiosa subspecies and Sequence Type in plant material. The test was more sensitive than the real-time PCR tests currently recommended for the detection/identification of Xylella fastidiosa. Accession number PRJNA575828.
